HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping will be calculated at time of checkout. Standard method is USPS Priority Mail. But if you want your order even faster, just select the shipping option that best suits you for a standard charge based on your location and order weight.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Yes! We use USPS for our shipping service!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Shipping times may vary, but most orders ship within two (2) business days. Some styles may take up to five (5) business days to ship. Email us at email@example.com with any special instructions.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We want you to love every Tamo Design piece but if you don’t, we’ll happily accept returns. All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for return. We give you seven (7) calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. To do so, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the purchase. If your return exceeds the seven (7) calendar days, we will issue an exchange or credit.
- Refused shipments will not be eligible for refund, but for store credit only.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded on returned items.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- All sale items are final sale only and also will not be eligible for refund, but for store credit only.
DO I HAVE THE OPTION OF AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A RETURN?
Of course! If for any reason you think another size or style will suit you better, we’re happy to help you exchange it. Contact us at email@example.com.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) calendar days to initiate a return. Further instructions will then be emailed to you. Once your package is received, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make your original purchase, and you will be notified via email once your return package is received and then again once your refund is completed.
